 While listening to a guided meditation 

Michael, will administer reiki energy healing to each individual in the circle. 

Everyone experiences Reiki differently, you may feel heat, cold or tingly sensations. 

Please bring a pillow, blanket (if you'd like), and water to the session!! 

Even though this is not a “physical” activity you do move a lot of energy out of your body.
